Monday¶

Safety Shower & Eyewash Flush¶

Run the safety shower and eyewash for a few seconds at the start of Monday. This flushes stale water that has been sitting since the previous week.

Steam¶

Friday¶

Refill Alcohol Bottles¶

Check all alcohol spray bottles. Refill any that are low or empty.

Refill Addition Buckets¶

Brewing ingredients such as CaSO₄ and NaCl are kept in buckets for easy handling during the brew. When a bucket runs low or empty, refill it from the bag.

Scrub Floor¶

Prep Trays¶

Check the production sheet for next week's packaging plan. Look at the Trays 440, Trays 330, Trays FW, and Trays Brown rows to see how many of each type are needed. Prep and stage accordingly.

When Hops Arrive¶

Organize Hops¶

Organise new hop stock in cold storage when a delivery arrives. Not a fixed day — done whenever hops come in.

Maintenance — Pending Documentation¶

The following tasks need photos before full instructions can be written:

Water gun maintenance — when the handle is stiff, apply Krones spray to the mechanism. (Photos outstanding.)
Alcohol bottle maintenance — when the pump mechanism goes hard, apply specific spray. (Photos outstanding.)
